Boundaries aren’t walls — they’re doors back to yourself.

This month, we’re reclaiming our energy, saying sacred no’s, and remembering what truly matters.

Hey friends,

Sandra here. As we welcome June, I’ve been thinking a lot about boundaries — not just as hard stops, but as intentional openings.

Because every time we say no to something that drains us, we’re actually saying yes to something deeper — to what’s essential, nourishing, and aligned.

What needs to fall away so you can show up for what truly matters?

Essentialism isn’t about doing less just for the sake of it.
It’s about doing only what’s aligned, and letting go of what scatters our energy, distracts our focus, or pulls us away from the life and work we’re really here for.

This month, I’m inviting us all to:

  • Say no more often (with love)

  • Get honest about what’s actually draining us

  • Make space for the full-body yeses that lead to real momentum

It’s not always easy — but it’s worth it.

And as always: you don’t have to figure it out alone.

🌿 Conscious Connection: Monday, June 16 @ Capital Factory

If you’ve been feeling overstretched, overwhelmed, or in need of a grounded reset — join us.

This month’s gathering will be all about tuning into what’s essential, honoring our own capacity, and reconnecting with what truly matters.

You can expect:

  • Honest conversation — no performance required

  • A somatic meditation to anchor into clarity

  • A real, tender dialogue about boundaries, burnout, and what we’re reclaiming

  • Real connection with people you actually want to keep talking to — no small talk required

  • Space to breathe, reflect, and remember you’re not alone

We’re officially waitlisted with over 50 beautiful humans already signed up — but you can still add your name and join the magic if a spot opens. (✨And spots almost always do.)

Skill Spotlight: The “Essential 3” Practice

Try this gentle check-in this week:

1. What am I saying yes to that’s actually a no?
2. What do I want to create more space for — emotionally, physically, energetically?
3. What would change if I trusted that doing less is enough?

Boundaries aren’t selfish.
They’re how we protect what matters.

💡 Skill Spotlight

tl;dr: This month, we’re practicing, “The “Essential 3” Practice”

(For Boundaries, Clarity, and Coming Home to What Matters)

Boundaries are less about pushing people away — and more about coming back to yourself. They help you reclaim energy, rebuild trust with your own body, and move from obligation to alignment.

This practice is designed to help you slow down, clear the mental clutter, and gently reorient toward what’s essential right now.

Step 1: Clear the Noise

Take a few breaths and drop into your body. Ask yourself:
What am I saying yes to that’s actually a no?

Maybe it’s a project, a person, a pattern — or an inner pressure to keep proving your worth.
Write it down without judgment. Be radically honest. You don’t have to act on it yet — just name it.

✍️ Journal prompt: Where am I abandoning myself in the name of being “nice,” productive, or needed?

Step 2: Name What’s Essential

Now ask:
What do I want to create more space for — emotionally, physically, or energetically?

This could be rest, deep creative work, honest conversations, slowness, or time alone. Let the answer come from your body, not your to-do list.

✍️ Journal prompt: What do I miss about myself? What’s trying to bloom in this season of my life?

Step 3: Commit to a Micro-Shift

What one boundary, decision, or small change can I make this week to honor what matters?
It doesn’t have to be dramatic. It might be:

  • Blocking off 30 minutes for uninterrupted work

  • Saying no to a coffee date that drains you

  • Turning off notifications after 8pm

Small boundaries create big shifts.

🧭 Mantra: “I am allowed to prioritize what nourishes me. Doing less is not failure — it’s clarity.”

Hope to see you on June 16th. This space is here for you — just as you are. 💛

Big love,
Sandra

P.S. Know someone quietly carrying a lot right now? Forward this to them. Let them know there’s room for them here, too.
