Are You Missing These Hidden Signals?
Hey everyone! It’s hot outside again and it’s making me feel a lot of things.
This week, we’re continuing our deep dive into the world of embodied emotions. Ever wondered why you feel butterflies in your stomach when you're nervous, or why your throat tightens when you're sad?
We’ll explore how to locate and label our emotions as physical sensations in our bodies. Emotion-Body Mapping brings awareness to the physiological imprints our emotions make in our bodies helps us understand what we authentically believe in this moment.

We'll practice centering, reflecting, and catalyzing authentic connections from the heart together. It's a great opportunity to test out this tool in an intimate setting and make authentic connections.

See reality more clearly, by leveraging our emotional content as conscious data
Manage stress and anxiety more effectively
Improve our communication with others
By tuning into the physical manifestations of our emotions, we can better understand, process, and express what we're actually feeling in the moment.

Our Authentic Leaders Meetup was ENERGIZING. We connected, meditated, tested out a tool to catalyze authentic connection, and got deep on our #1 challenge right now over a walk!
The most common feedback I heard was “I’m leaving with a new friend that I’ll actually keep in touch with”.
