Hey beautiful humans,
It’s been a little while since you’ve heard from me here. I’ve been visiting family, taking some much-needed time off, leaning into a few exciting work launches, and yes, soaking up some beach time “beating the heat.” 🌊☀️
Now I’m back in Austin, refreshed and grateful, and it feels like the perfect moment to gather again.
🌿 The Beauty of the In-Between
There’s a space few of us talk about enough: the in-between. That tender pause after you’ve released what no longer fits, but before the new has fully arrived.
It’s tender and uncertain, sometimes it feels like grief, sometimes like freefall. And yet, this is where so much growth happens.
The in-between is where our nervous system is recalibrating, our bodies are unwinding what no longer serves, and our hearts are quietly stretching to hold what’s next. It’s uncomfortable, yes, but it’s sacred ground.
And that’s why I’m so grateful we get to do this in community.

We’re in our regular room again for a powerful night of honest conversation, grounded presence, and connection that actually feels good. We’re already waitlisted with 70+ incredible humans registered, but spots almost always open up.
