This upcoming week, set aside 10 minutes in a quiet space with your to-do list and a journal.

1. Choose a goal you want to achieve in the next month (or quarter, or year)

If you need help setting goals, check out this post for a simple framework. I use it every quarter to set my own goals!

2. Write down your WOOP

WOOP

  • Wish: State your goal clearly and concisely

  • Outcome: What is the most amazing outcome you will get if your wish (goal) is granted?

  • Obstacle(s): List out 3-5 things that will get in your way

  • Plan: Create an if-then statement to overcome each obstacle

Obstacles and plans should map 1:1. So each obstacle has a relevant plan.

3. Implement your plan for the next 30 days

4. Tell us about your progress at the next A² event! 😀 

A great way to try WOOP is with one goal to start. It only takes 5 minutes and I think you’ll be surprised at just how much clarity and confidence it gives you. You can apply WOOP to different areas of your life, including work, relationships, or personal growth.
